The tournament has a surprisingly simple structure once we stop thinking about individual matches.
Whenever a cow survives a match, its new skill becomes the sum of the two participants. After several consecutive wins, the surviving cow's skill is simply the sum of all cows it has absorbed.
Suppose we focus on one particular cow with initial skill v. We remove it from its original position and insert it somewhere else. The question is how many insertion positions allow this cow to become the final survivor if it may force at most k losses to become wins.
The key observation is that when our cow reaches some position in the line, everything to its left has already been merged into a single cow whose strength equals the sum of those values. The only thing that matters is whether our cow's current strength is at least that accumulated sum. If not, one cheat is required.
The total number of cows over all test cases is at most 2 · 10^5. Any approach that explicitly simulates every cow at every position immediately becomes quadratic, which is far too large. We need something around O(n log n) per test case, or O(n log^2 n) in the worst case.
A subtle edge case appears when a cow is inserted at the very front.
For example:
n = 3, k = 0
a = [1, 2, 3]
If cow 3 is moved to position 1, it never has to fight the combined prefix [1,2]. Treating every position as if there were always a left-side merge would overcount required cheats.
Another easy mistake is assuming that a cow may need many cheats while moving right. After every cheated victory, its strength at least doubles, so the number of distinct cheat events is only logarithmic in the value range. This fact is what makes the solution feasible.
Approaches
A brute-force solution is straightforward.
Choose a cow. Try all n insertion positions. Simulate the entire tournament and count how many times the cow would need to cheat. If the count does not exceed k, that position is good.
A single simulation costs O(n). There are n positions for each of n cows, giving O(n³) work in the worst case. Even with optimizations, anything near O(n²) per test case is already too slow for n = 2 · 10^5.
The breakthrough comes from viewing the tournament through prefix sums.
Let
pref[i] = a1 + a2 + ... + ai
When a cow of strength v stands at the front and starts absorbing cows from left to right, a cheat is needed exactly at positions where
a[i] > pref[i-1]
because the current accumulated strength before meeting cow i equals pref[i-1]. These "dangerous" positions are independent of most insertion choices. Moreover, every time such a position forces a cheat, the cow's strength at least doubles, so the total number of dangerous positions is only O(log A).
For each cow we can build the set of dangerous positions that remain relevant after removing that cow. From this set we can determine:
- Whether every position is automatically winning.
- Which suffix of insertion positions requires at most
kcheats. - The special boundary case when the cow needs exactly
kcheats and the left-side merge may disappear.
That reduces the problem to binary searches on prefix sums and on the ordered list of dangerous positions.

These are exactly the locations where a cow starting from the front would need a cheat.

For every dangerous position x ≠ i, determine whether it remains dangerous after removing cow i.
If x < i, the prefix before x is unchanged.
If x > i, the removed value a[i] disappears from the prefix, so the condition becomes
a[x] > pref[x-1] + a[i]
exactly as in the accepted solution.
5. Let m = len(g).
If m < k, even the worst insertion position uses fewer than k cheats, so every position is good.
6. If k > 0, find the position corresponding to the k-th dangerous event from the end.
This determines the maximal suffix of insertion positions that can still be won within the cheat budget.
7. A special case occurs when m == k.
Here the answer also includes positions where the left-side merge disappears entirely.
Use prefix sums and binary search to find how far left the cow can be inserted while avoiding one additional cheat. 8. Output the accumulated count for every cow.
Why it works
The crucial invariant is that after a cow has absorbed some set of cows, its strength equals the sum of their strengths. The exact order of victories does not matter.
A cheat is required only when the next opponent exceeds the current accumulated strength. Those events are precisely the dangerous positions identified by the prefix-sum condition.
Removing one cow changes only the prefixes to its right, which is why every cow can be handled by adjusting the dangerous-position set rather than recomputing the entire tournament.
The suffix counting step works because insertion positions become monotonic with respect to the number of dangerous events encountered. Once a position requires more than k cheats, every earlier position in the same region also fails. This monotonicity allows binary search.

This implementation follows the accepted idea from the contest analysis community. The prefix sum array is the central structure because every tournament state is represented by a sum of previously absorbed cows.
The filtered list g is the most delicate part. Removing cow i changes every prefix to its right, so the danger condition must be adjusted. Getting the direction wrong here produces off-by-one failures on many hidden tests.
The expression
g[-k]
selects the k-th dangerous position from the end. This is valid only when k > 0, which is why the code handles that case separately.
All arithmetic uses Python integers, so there is no overflow risk even though prefix sums may reach about 2 · 10^14.
