Each query provides a number $x$, a divisor condition parameter $k$, and a sum bound $s$. Among all values $v$ already present in the set, we must consider only those that satisfy three conditions at once. First, the greatest common divisor of $x$ and $v$ must be divisible by $k$, which is equivalent to saying that $k$ divides both $x$ and $v$ after factoring out their common structure. Second, the sum constraint forces $v \le s - x$, so we are always searching inside a bounded prefix of values. Third, among all valid candidates we must choose the one that maximizes $x \oplus v$, the bitwise XOR.
The constraints push us toward handling up to $10^5$ operations, so any solution that scans all previous values per query is immediately too slow. A naive $O(q^2)$ approach would examine up to $10^5$ candidates for each query, producing $10^{10}$ checks in the worst case, which is far beyond the limit. The solution must instead organize values so that invalid candidates are pruned quickly and the XOR objective is handled efficiently.

A brute-force solution stores all inserted numbers and, for each query, iterates through the entire list. For each candidate $v$, it checks whether $k \mid \gcd(x, v)$ and whether $x + v \le s$, then computes $x \oplus v$ and keeps the maximum. This is correct because it directly evaluates the definition of the problem without omission. However, each query may scan up to $10^5$ elements, leading to $O(q^2)$ behavior.
The key observation is that both the GCD constraint and the sum constraint heavily restrict the candidate set. The condition $k \mid \gcd(x, v)$ implies that both $x$ and $v$ must be multiples of $k$, and more strongly that we can reduce the problem by dividing everything by $k$. After transformation, we only need to consider numbers $v' = v/k$ that are coprime-compatible with $x' = x/k$. This reduces the arithmetic structure to a subset indexed by divisors.
To support fast XOR maximization, we use a binary trie. However, we cannot keep a single trie for all numbers because of the divisibility restriction. Instead, we maintain separate tries for each possible value of $k$-related grouping. The standard trick is to store numbers grouped by their divisor structure: for every inserted number $v$, we update all buckets corresponding to its divisors. Since numbers are up to $10^5$, the number of divisors per value is small on average, allowing efficient updates.
For queries, we only consider the trie corresponding to $k$. Within that trie, we additionally enforce the sum constraint by discarding values greater than $s - x$. Since values are static once inserted, we can maintain them in sorted order per bucket and only insert into the trie when they become eligible for the current threshold.
The XOR maximization is then handled greedily in the trie: at each bit, we attempt to take the opposite bit of $x$ if available, ensuring we maximize the result while staying within the filtered set.

Algorithm Walkthrough
We process operations offline in a way that maintains validity with respect to constraints.
- Precompute divisors for all numbers up to $10^5$. This allows fast grouping of inserted values by all relevant $k$-values they may satisfy. The purpose is to avoid recomputing factor structure per query.
- Maintain, for each possible divisor key $k$, a list of values that are multiples of $k$, stored in increasing order. When a value $v$ is inserted, we iterate over all divisors $d$ of $v$ and append $v$ to bucket $d$. This ensures that any future query with that $k$ can access all valid candidates.
- For each bucket $k$, maintain a pointer indicating how many of its elements have been activated into a binary trie. We also maintain a global trie per bucket.
- When processing a query $(x, k, s)$, we compute the threshold $T = s - x$. We insert into the trie all values in bucket $k$ that are $\le T$, advancing the bucket pointer as needed.
- If the trie is empty after this filtering, we output $-1$.
- Otherwise, we query the trie with $x$ to find the value $v$ maximizing $x \oplus v$. This is done greedily bit by bit from highest to lowest.
The key reason this works is that each bucket contains exactly the values that satisfy the GCD divisibility constraint, and the incremental insertion ensures the sum constraint is enforced at query time. The trie guarantees that among all remaining candidates, the XOR maximum is found without scanning them explicitly, because the greedy bit choice always preserves feasibility within the stored set.
