A more structured observation comes from sorting servers by capacity. Suppose we fix a service and decide to use exactly $k$ servers. If we want to maximize feasibility, we should always pick the $k$ strongest servers, since replacing a weaker server with a stronger one can only help satisfy constraints.
After sorting in descending order $c_1 \ge c_2 \ge \dots \ge c_n$, if we take the first $k$ servers, the limiting constraint is the weakest among them, which is $c_k$. The condition for feasibility becomes:

This reduces checking a candidate size $k$ to a single inequality. For each service, we can find the maximum feasible $k$ using binary search.

- Try assigning the first $k_1$ servers to service 1. The remaining servers form a suffix of the sorted array.
- On the remaining suffix, run the same feasibility search for service 2, but treating the suffix as a new array. If we find a valid $k_2$, we have a valid partition.

- If either ordering succeeds, output the partition; otherwise, output impossibility.
Why it works

Edge Cases

The algorithm handles this because the suffix becomes empty and max_k returns zero, forcing a swap attempt.
