A create operation adds one present of some chosen type. If the type has value $v$, the operation costs $v$ mana and increases the total sum of present values by $v$.

A duplicate operation chooses one type and doubles its current count. If the chosen type currently contributes $t \cdot v$ to the total value, duplicating it adds another $t \cdot v$ to the total sum. The cost of this operation is always $k$, regardless of the current count.

The goal is to reach a state where the total value of all presents is divisible by $m$, while minimizing total mana spent.

The most important observation from the constraints is that $m \le 5 \cdot 10^5$, and the sum of all $m$ over the input is also at most $5 \cdot 10^5$. This is a very strong hint that a solution spending roughly $O(m)$ work per test case is acceptable, while anything quadratic in $m$ is not.

A naive state space based on actual counts is hopeless. Counts can grow exponentially because repeated duplications double them. Even a few dozen duplicate operations already produce astronomically large counts. Any algorithm that tries to represent counts explicitly cannot work.

The answer depends only on the total value modulo $m$. Since divisibility by $m$ only cares about residues modulo $m$, the state space naturally collapses to only $m$ possible residues.

If the initial sum is already divisible by $m$, the answer is immediately zero. For example:
