  7. Output the valid candidates in sorted order, or -1 if none exist.

Why it works

Any value that appears more than one third of a segment must appear in enough disjoint subsegments that it cannot be eliminated during the merge process in the segment tree. Because each node preserves only the most frequent candidates from its children and the true answer always has higher support than any non-candidate noise, it survives all merges up to the root covering the query range. Final verification ensures correctness even if intermediate pruning keeps extra values or introduces duplicates.
