Even with memoization, this becomes exponential because the visited structure evolves in a path-dependent way and there are up to 400000 nodes.
Even if we simplify and ignore visited-state complexity, each transition may require finding the maximum unused index in a prefix, which would take O(n) per step unless supported by a data structure. That already leads to O(n^2) per test case in the worst case.
The crucial observation is that the process does not branch freely. Each index is visited at most once, and every transition either strictly decreases the index or moves to a prefix boundary determined by b[i]. This means we can think in terms of segments of reachable indices, where the decision at a node is whether to "consume" it (submit) or "redirect control" (skip) to a constrained prefix.

Algorithm Walkthrough
We model availability of indices using a disjoint set union structure that always returns the largest unvisited index not exceeding a given limit. We process nodes in a controlled order while maintaining which indices are still available.
- Initialize a DSU structure
