The player chooses any starting platform, then repeatedly moves through still-existing bridges. The game ends immediately when the current platform has no remaining adjacent bridges. The score equals the total number of crossings performed.

The graph structure matters a lot here. This is not an arbitrary graph, it is just a line. Every move consumes one unit from exactly one bridge, and once a bridge reaches zero capacity, the line splits into disconnected components.
The constraints are large enough that simulation is impossible. With n up to 10^5 and bridge strengths up to 10^9, the answer itself can be around 10^14. Any algorithm that tries to model individual moves will fail immediately. Even an O(n^2) dynamic programming solution would perform around 10^10 operations in the worst case, which is far beyond the time limit. We need something close to linear time.
The tricky part is that using a bridge too early can strand the player away from other remaining bridges. A greedy strategy like "always use the strongest adjacent bridge" does not work.

A brute-force view is useful first.
Suppose we try every starting platform and recursively explore all valid walks. At each step we choose an adjacent bridge that still has remaining durability, decrement it, and continue. This search is correct because it explicitly enumerates every possible game sequence.
The problem is the state space. Even for small bridge capacities, the number of possible move sequences explodes exponentially. If bridge capacities are large, the total number of moves itself may reach 10^14, so simulation is fundamentally impossible.
We need to understand the structure of an optimal walk instead of constructing it explicitly.
The key observation is that the graph is a line. Every bridge separates the graph into a left part and a right part. Once a bridge collapses, we can never cross between those parts again.
Think about some interval of bridges. If we want to fully exploit both sides, we must be careful about the order in which bridges disappear. In practice, an optimal strategy behaves like this:
We choose some bridge to be the "last connection" between left and right. Before it disappears, we can alternate between both sides and use their bridges. Once it collapses, only one side remains reachable.
This leads to a dynamic programming formulation on intervals.
Define dp[l][r][side] conceptually as the maximum number of crossings we can make inside bridges l..r, ending at the left or right endpoint of the interval while keeping the whole interval connected during play.
The transition comes from deciding whether the final bridge removed is the leftmost or rightmost one.

Why it works

Every extra alternation consumes one unit from both bridges simultaneously. After min(x, y) such alternations, one bridge disappears and further switching becomes impossible.
Summing over all neighboring pairs counts exactly all possible extra crossings beyond the mandatory first traversal of each bridge.
No bridge is overcounted because each additional alternation corresponds uniquely to one neighboring pair. The resulting construction is always realizable by traversing the line in an appropriate order.

The implementation is intentionally short because the mathematical reduction removes all complicated state management.
