Each query gives an array, and we must consider every possible interval in it. For each interval, we recompute its minimum and maximum, and check a divisibility condition between them. The output is the total number of intervals that satisfy this condition.
The constraints force us away from any solution that explicitly evaluates all intervals. With up to five hundred thousand elements across tests, even an $O(n^2)$ enumeration of subarrays is far beyond feasible. Even $O(n \log n)$ per subarray is impossible since there are $O(n^2)$ subarrays.
The structure of the condition also rules out naive sliding window techniques. The moment we extend a segment, both minimum and maximum can change unpredictably, and the divisibility constraint depends on their exact values, not just ordering.

A valid segment can become invalid after extension, but extension can also fix divisibility unexpectedly. Even optimizing min and max to $O(1)$ with preprocessing still leaves $O(n^2)$, which is too slow for $5 \cdot 10^5$.
The key observation is that the condition depends only on two elements inside the segment: the element that becomes the minimum and the element that becomes the maximum. Every valid subarray can therefore be associated with a pair of positions $(i, j)$, where $a[i]$ is the minimum of the segment and $a[j]$ is the maximum.
This shifts the problem from “count subarrays” to “count valid extremal pairs and how many subarrays realize them”. Once we fix which index plays the role of minimum and which plays the role of maximum, the remaining freedom is only in choosing left and right boundaries while preserving those extremal constraints.
To make this usable, we need two structural tools. First, for each position, we compute the maximal interval where it can act as the minimum in a subarray. This is obtained using previous and next strictly smaller elements. Second, we compute the maximal interval where each position can act as the maximum, using previous and next strictly greater elements.
Once these ranges are known, a pair $(i, j)$ contributes only if the ranges overlap in a way that allows both elements to remain extremal in the same segment. Within the overlap, the number of valid subarrays can be expressed as a product of independent choices for the left and right boundary.
Finally, we only consider pairs where the values satisfy the divisibility condition $\max(a[i], a[j]) \bmod \min(a[i], a[j]) = 0$. This reduces the problem to structured counting over valid extremal pairs instead of arbitrary intervals.

Why it works
Every valid subarray has a unique minimum position and a unique maximum position (ties do not matter for counting because we fix indices). Once these two indices are fixed, all valid subarrays correspond exactly to choosing boundaries that include both indices while staying within their extremal validity ranges. The monotonic range construction guarantees that outside these ranges, either a smaller element would enter (breaking minimum) or a larger element would enter (breaking maximum). Therefore, every counted configuration corresponds to a valid subarray, and every valid subarray is counted exactly once through its extremal pair.
