Problem Understanding
We start with an (n \times n) Latin square. Every row is a permutation of (1 \ldots n), and every column is also a permutation of (1 \ldots n).
A sequence of operations modifies the matrix. Four operations perform cyclic shifts of rows or columns. The other two operations are more unusual:
(I) replaces every row permutation by its inverse.
(C) replaces every column permutation by its inverse.
After all operations, we must output the resulting matrix.
The first observation comes from the constraints. The sum of all (n) is at most (1000), so printing the final matrices already costs (O(n^2)) per test case. That part is unavoidable. The real challenge is the operation string, whose total length can reach (10^5).
A naive simulation would apply every operation directly to the matrix. Each operation touches (n^2) cells, therefore the worst case becomes
$$ O(mn^2). $$
With (m=10^5) and (n=1000), this is completely infeasible.
The problem is hiding a strong algebraic structure. A Latin square cell naturally contains three coordinates:
$$ (\text{row}, \text{column}, \text{value}). $$
The six operations never destroy the Latin-square property because they only permute these three coordinates in various ways.
Non-obvious edge cases
Consider (n=3) and operation (I).

A careless implementation may try to invert each row independently. That works, but it misses the deeper structure. After inversion the matrix becomes

which is exactly what happens if column indices and values exchange roles. This coordinate interpretation is the key to the optimal solution.
Consider operation (C) on the same matrix.
The result is

This is not a row inversion. It exchanges row indices and values. Mixing up these two transformations produces wrong answers that still look like valid Latin squares.
Another subtle case occurs when many shifts accumulate.
For example, with (n=5),

must produce the original matrix. Storing shifts modulo (n) is mandatory. Allowing offsets to grow without reduction eventually causes incorrect indexing.
Approaches
The brute-force approach directly applies each operation to the matrix.
For (R,L,U,D), we rotate rows or columns. For (I), we compute the inverse permutation of every row. For (C), we compute the inverse permutation of every column.
Each operation costs (O(n^2)). Since there can be (10^5) operations, the total complexity becomes
$$ O(mn^2). $$
The bottleneck is that we repeatedly move the same data around.
To find something better, examine a matrix entry as a triple
$$ (r,c,x), $$
where (r) is the row index, (c) the column index, and (x) the value.
Because the matrix is a Latin square, every operation can be described entirely as a transformation of these three coordinates.
The shift operations modify only one coordinate:
$$ R,L : c $$
$$ U,D : r $$
The inversion operations are even more interesting.
For a row permutation, inversion exchanges position and value inside that row. Thus
$$ I : c \leftrightarrow x. $$
For a column permutation, inversion exchanges row and value:
$$ C : r \leftrightarrow x. $$
The crucial insight is that every operation only permutes the three coordinate types ((r,c,x)) and adds cyclic shifts to whichever coordinate currently plays the role of row, column, or value.
Instead of transforming the whole matrix, we track:
- Which original coordinate currently represents rows.
- Which original coordinate currently represents columns.
- Which original coordinate currently represents values.
- An offset attached to each coordinate.
After processing all operations, we reconstruct the answer once in (O(n^2)).

Algorithm Walkthrough

Why it works
Every operation acts on the triple ((r,c,x)). The shift operations add (1) or (-1) modulo (n) to whichever coordinate currently serves as row or column. The operations (I) and (C) never modify coordinate values themselves, they only exchange the meanings of coordinate types.
The algorithm maintains exactly these two pieces of information: a permutation (p) describing the current meanings of the coordinate types, and offsets describing all accumulated cyclic shifts. Since every operation updates these structures exactly as it transforms the coordinate triple, the representation after processing the operation string is identical to applying the operations to every cell individually. Reconstructing the matrix from the transformed triples yields the unique final matrix.

The array p stores the current permutation of coordinate roles. Whenever I or C appears, only this permutation changes.
The array add stores shifts attached to the original coordinate types, not to the current roles. This detail is easy to get wrong. If a coordinate later changes roles because of I or C, its accumulated shift must move with it.
During reconstruction, each cell is interpreted as a coordinate triple. Offsets are applied first, because they belong to coordinate types. Then the permutation p determines which transformed coordinate becomes row, column, or value.
The modulo operations handle arbitrarily long sequences of shifts without overflow or index drift.

Edge Cases
Consider (n=1). Every coordinate modulo (1) remains (0). Every swap leaves the single cell unchanged. The algorithm keeps p and add, reconstructs one triple, and outputs 1.
Consider a sequence such as RRRRR with (n=5). The column offset becomes

The reconstruction phase receives the original coordinates and reproduces the original matrix. Any implementation that stores raw shifts without reducing modulo (n) risks incorrect indexing later.
Consider IC. After I, columns and values exchange. After C, rows and values exchange. These operations act on coordinate roles, not on matrix entries directly. Tracking only row and column shifts would miss this interaction. The permutation array p correctly records

which is exactly the coordinate transformation performed by the operations.
