The input consists of multiple independent arrays, and for each we either output a valid split into lengths (x, y, z) or report impossibility.

The constraints allow up to 200,000 total elements. That immediately rules out any approach that tries all split points or recomputes segment minima and maxima from scratch. Any solution must be close to linear per test case, ideally amortized linear over all tests.

A subtle failure case for naive reasoning is assuming that picking a value v and checking only its first and last occurrence is sufficient. For example, in an array like [1, 3, 2, 3, 1], picking v = 3 is misleading because although 3 exists multiple times, the surrounding structure prevents a clean three-way partition where the middle segment is forced to be valid.

Another common pitfall is assuming the middle segment can contain values other than v. That breaks the condition min(middle) = v, which forces every element in the middle to be exactly v.

Approaches

A brute-force solution would try every pair of cut points (x, x+y) and check whether the three segments satisfy the condition. For each split we would compute min and max over segments, which costs linear time if done naively. That leads to an O(n^3) approach or at best O(n^2) with preprocessing, which is still too slow for 2e5 total elements.

The key structural observation is that the middle segment has a very strong constraint: its minimum equals its maximum, which means all elements in the middle are identical. Let that value be v.

Once we fix v, the problem becomes checking whether we can choose a contiguous block of vs as the middle segment, while ensuring:

the left segment never exceeds v, and the right segment never exceeds v, and both contain at least one element.

So instead of searching partitions directly, we search for a value v and a valid interval of its occurrences. The middle must be a contiguous block of vs in the array. The left part must lie entirely before this block and contain at least one element, and the right part must lie entirely after it.

We can precompute positions of each value. For each candidate v, we examine its occurrences and try to expand a valid middle block. Then we verify left and right constraints using prefix and suffix checks.

The remaining challenge is ensuring that the prefix up to the middle start has maximum v, and the suffix from the middle end has maximum v. This reduces to checking whether all elements outside the chosen middle block are <= v, and that both sides are non-empty.

Since we only need to consider values that appear at least twice (otherwise middle cannot exist), we can iterate through occurrences efficiently.

  1. We first store all positions of every value in the array. This allows us to reason about contiguous blocks of identical values without scanning the whole array repeatedly.
  2. For each distinct value v, we consider its list of positions. If it occurs fewer than 2 times, it cannot form a non-empty middle segment, so we skip it.
  3. We try to choose the middle segment as some contiguous subarray of occurrences of v. The simplest valid candidate is the full range from its first occurrence to its last occurrence. This ensures the middle is contiguous and entirely filled with v.

  6. If all conditions hold, we can construct the partition lengths (x, y, z) as x = l, y = r - l + 1, z = n - r - 1.
  7. If no value v works, we output NO.

Why it works

The crucial invariant is that the middle segment must consist entirely of a single value v. Once this is fixed, the constraints force all other elements in the array to be <= v, because any larger value would violate the requirement that the maximum of the right segment equals v.
