The constraints are large: the total number of columns across all test cases is up to 10^5, and there can be up to 10^5 test cases. This immediately rules out anything that enumerates paths explicitly or does per-state dynamic programming over subsets of visited cells. Even a linear per-test-case solution is acceptable only if it is strictly O(n) total.
The key structural constraint is that the grid has only two rows. That makes the movement space very narrow: although upward and downward moves are allowed, the geometry forces the path to essentially behave like choosing where to switch between rows while moving rightward.
A few subtle edge cases matter.
A naive idea might try to greedily include all small values in order, but that can fail because visiting a cell is constrained by path geometry. For example, if the smallest missing number is 3, it is not enough to know that 0,1,2 exist somewhere, they must be collectable in a single simple path.
Another pitfall is assuming that the path can freely zigzag between rows at any column. While vertical moves are allowed, once you move from row 1 to row 2 at some column, you cannot revisit earlier columns, which strongly restricts reorderings.
Approaches
A brute-force approach would try to simulate all valid paths from (1,1) to (2,n) under movement constraints and compute the mex of collected values. Even if we encode state carefully, the number of valid paths grows exponentially with n because at each column we may choose whether to stay in the current row or switch, and switches interact with previously visited structure. This quickly becomes infeasible beyond very small n.
The key observation is that in a 2 by n grid, any valid path that never revisits cells must have a very simple shape: it moves right while possibly switching rows, but it cannot form arbitrary revisiting patterns. In fact, any path corresponds to choosing a column k where the traversal switches structure, and the path effectively covers a prefix in one row and a suffix in the other row, possibly with a short “bridge” at the switching point.
This structure implies something stronger: for any value x we want to include in the path, we only need to know whether there exists a way to include it on either row without blocking access to smaller required values. So instead of searching paths, we reason about feasibility of covering all values 0 to mex-1.
We process values in increasing order. For a candidate mex m, we ask whether all values 0..m-1 can be collected along some valid path. Each value appears in at most two positions, one per row. The only freedom is choosing, for each value, which occurrence we use. The path constraint reduces to a monotone ordering constraint along columns: once we choose a side for a value, we must remain consistent with the left-to-right structure of the path.
This reduces the problem to checking whether we can assign each value x < m to either row 1 or row 2 in such a way that their chosen positions are compatible with a single non-backtracking path. The critical simplification is that for each row we only care about the maximum column index used in that row before switching behavior, which leads to a greedy feasibility check.
Thus we binary search the answer mex, and for a fixed m, we greedily try to place each value from 0 to m-1 by choosing the earliest feasible occurrence that does not violate the monotonic structure of the path. If this succeeds, m is achievable.

Algorithm Walkthrough
- Precompute the positions of each value in the grid.
We store, for every value x, up to two positions (row, column). This allows constant-time access during feasibility checks.
2. Define a function can(m) that checks whether all values 0 to m-1 can be collected.
We simulate choosing occurrences for these values in increasing order, maintaining the constraints imposed by a left-to-right path.
3. Maintain two pointers r1 and r2, representing the furthest column we have committed to in row 1 and row 2 respectively.

Why it works
The correctness comes from the fact that any valid path in a 2-row grid induces a left-to-right ordering constraint on visited cells. Once we fix which occurrences of values 0..m-1 are taken, the path is uniquely determined up to local row switches, and feasibility reduces to whether these chosen positions can be ordered without violating monotonicity in column indices. Greedy selection works because choosing an earlier valid occurrence never reduces future feasibility more than necessary, since later values only impose further rightward constraints.
