Since q and n are small, we can afford to maintain a set of states per DP cell. Each state transitions by assigning the current request to either Alice or Bob, adding the corresponding shortest-path cost, and discarding transitions that exceed the threshold.

All-pairs shortest paths
We first compute shortest path distances between every pair of vertices using Floyd-Warshall. This is required because every transition depends on the shortest distance between a worker’s current position and the next request vertex.

We now check whether it is possible to keep both workers’ total travel within T.
- Initialize DP for step 0 where both Alice and Bob are at vertex 1, and both have spent 0 distance. This is the only valid starting configuration.

- For each state (a, b), consider assigning the next request vertex x to Alice. Alice moves from a to x, increasing her cost by dist[a][x], while Bob stays at b. This creates a new state (x, b) if the new cost for Alice does not exceed T.
- Similarly, consider assigning the request to Bob. Bob moves from b to x, increasing his cost, and Alice stays at a. This creates state (a, x) if the cost constraint is satisfied.
- After processing all states for the current request, discard all unreachable configurations and proceed to the next request layer.

Why it works
At any time, the DP state stores exactly the reachable configurations of positions after processing the prefix of requests under the constraint that neither worker exceeds the current limit T. Since we explore all possible assignments at each step while respecting the constraint, the DP captures the entire feasible space. Binary search then finds the smallest T for which this feasible space is non-empty after the final request.
