Algorithm Walkthrough
We process each company independently, since there is no interaction between them.
Step 1: Sort passengers
For a fixed company, collect all competitors using it and sort them by arrival time. This is necessary because the batching process is chronological and always consumes passengers in increasing order of time.
Step 2: Simulate batch formation
We maintain a pointer over the sorted list and construct one tuk-tuk batch at a time. Each batch starts at the previous departure time.
At the start of a batch, we can accept passengers who arrive no earlier than the batch start. We then continue collecting passengers as long as they arrive within the X-minute window from the start. We also stop if we reach capacity C.
The departure time of the batch is the earlier of the moment we hit capacity or the end of the X-minute window.

For each batch, we count how many real passengers were assigned. If this number is strictly less than C, then the batch has at least one free seat.
