However, for each query this costs $O((E-S+1)^2)$, and over 200,000 queries this becomes astronomically large. Even with $n = 2000$, a single full scan is already borderline, and repeated scanning is impossible.

The key observation is that within any fixed interval, all subarray sums can be represented as differences of prefix sums. If we define prefix sums $P[i]$, then any subarray sum is $P[j] - P[i]$ for $S-1 \le i < j \le E$.
